The Grambling State tigers where the only team to cracked the top 25 in
the Sports Network Preseason 1-AA Poll. Grambling is ranked 10th, just one
ahead their first game opponent McNeese State who is ranked 11th. Others
SWAC schools receiving votes were Jackson State and Southern.
