I named Southern because they are the only team to stay consistant in the past 10 years. I do agree with on the Sun Belt Conference. The biggest difference between D-1AA and AA is the depth. I think as of right now without seeing one game that Southern and Grambling would most likely only win a couple of games. You speak of Southern's Game Against Tulane. Southern had at least two turnovers in the beginning of the game at Tulane's 20 yard line. That would hurt any team. Once again I say that Southern is the only team to stay consistant over the last 10 years. Some would argue that the SWAC Championship game was made up to keep Southern from winning the confernce every year. Back on the subject. The recruiting would change because of the conference. Now if Southern or Grambling went into the Big 12 to get slaughtered for a couple years they might have a shot at winning season in 5 years. Recruits will play for them just cause of the conference.
